Popular Mukbang YouTuber Nikocado Avocado made a triumphant return to the platform Friday - 250 pounds lighter
Known for a steady stream of videos that have seen his physique swell over the years, Avocado claimed he has been secretly losing weight over the past two years, uploading old videos in the interim
'Two steps ahead, two steps ahead,' the man eventually revealed to be the self-professed 'king of Mukbangers' told subscribers and viewers before stuffing his face once again.
'I am always - two steps ahead. This has been the greatest social experiment of my entire life.'
Speaking in a soft, teasing voice as his identity remained relatively unknown, the influencer added: 'It's alluring, it's compelling, it's gripping to observe all these unwell, disoriented beings roam the internet in search of stories.
'They evolve themselves with the stories, they become the products of influence,' he continued, before apparently referencingthose who have panned him in the past.
'I feel like I'm monitoring ants on an ant farm, one follows another,' he said of his critics
'It's mesmerizing; it's spellbinding - all these little consumers.
'All of these lost and boredpeople consuming anything they are told to consume,' he went on, before revealing himself to be the man behind the mask.
Following that revelation - which almost immediately afterward was the subject of hundreds of YouTube Shorts -Avocado explained both his master plan.

He appeared even more svelte than when he set out on his online exploits, which have long seen him the subject of criticism
'Today, I woke up from a very long dream and I also woke up from having lost 250 pounds off of my body,' Avocado, who is 5-foot-6, said.
'Yet, just yesterday, people were calling me fat and sick and boring and irrelevant.'
'People- people are the most messed up creatures on the entire planet,' he continued, clearly honing in on the thousands who criticized his portly appearance in videos posted just three months ago.
'People consuming anything that they're told to consume,' he said, seemingly suggesting the past several years had been one giant experiment as well.
'So, I am the villain because I've made myself one.
'And you will continue to consume these stories about me,' he said, hitting home his point.
'Year after year, after year, for as long as I tell the internet that I am the villain.
'Stories that permeate and linger, and infect the minds of the ants,' he went on, continuing the theatrics.
'Influence the ants. Brainwash the ants. You are the ants.'
He said he filmed a backlog of enough videos to last two years, during which he was shedding pounds he gained during his meteoric rise
At this point, the YouTuber who seemingly filmed a backlog of enough videos to last multiple years quickly returned to his old ways, producing a massive plate of noodles he proceeded to gorge on.
In a separate video uploaded to the influencer's other YouTube channel, he offered a more in-depth explanation as to how he cast wool over his nearly 4 million subscribers' eyes.
'I haven’t made a video for like two years,' he said in the clip, after uploading a video three months ago titled, 'I am quitting my "weight loss journey." Time to Get fat again.'
He proceeded to eat another abnormally large plate of food.
Comments under both video expressed awe at the YouTuber's misdirection, as many wondered whether his drastic weight gain was all an elaborate ruse as he said.
'The Ozempic worked overtime,' one commenter wrote, accusing the influencer of partaking in the increasingly popular weight loss drug to lose the pounds.
Others pointed to the most recent eating excursions posted a few months ago, writing, 'He said he hadn’t done a video in almost 2 years…he filmed enough backlog of videos to keep up entertainment, concern, and controversy for all that time.
'Dude is f**king genius.'
Once skinny, the influencer gained more than 200 pounds over several years - though it appears it was actually five rather than seven
Known for his comedic outbursts that came in tandem with his gorging, he claimed the entire ordeal was a social experiment
As of writing, the video, the video ranked number-one overall on YouTube's website, and had nearly 10million views
Another simply added: 'Nothing makes sense anymore.'
Once of the most recognizable faces on the platform, Avocado now looks more akin to the 24-year-old who rocketed to internet stardom with the ASMR eating videos seven years ago, when he weighed barely 150 pounds.
Within a few years, his physique ballooned to at least 350 pounds.
As this happened in real-time, commenters would regularly call attention to how the influencer was destroying his body for views, as he emulated the style of video that came from Korea.
Avocado nonetheless pressed on with his high-calorie meals, tacking on the pounds amid promises to eventually peel them off.
It appears he had been more successful than he was letting on, as indicated by his Keyser Soze-esque victory lap.
